Fipola Retail India, a South India based, omnichannel meat D2C (Direct to consumer) meat and seafood retail brand was founded in December 2016. Redefining meat retailing in the country by delivering premium products and best in class customer service within a hygienic and convenient shopping environment has always been the mission of Fipola.
Over 60 stores across Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Puducherry, Tirupur & Vellore. FIPOLA is a brand with plans to expand into a chain of 100+ Stores across South India by the end of March 2022. Our next step would be to grow into 250 Stores Pan India by 2023-24.

Last year, Fipola diversified into a few more services under the same umbrella, with Fipola Grill House being one of the largest with 8 outlets in Tamil Nadu and in almost all stores in Hyderabad & Bengaluru. We serve restaurant-style grilled chicken and shawarmas and provide takeaways that are "ready to eat".
Fipola on Wheels is another service, manifesting the concept of "bringing the store to your doorsteps". We have three such stores on vehicles in Chennai and Hyderabad and plan to start the same at Bengaluru.

Our vast array of unique offerings includes an exhaustive range of chicken and goat, along with of platter of exotic seafood. Our retail stores are modern, Air-conditioned, hygienic, and odourless creating an unmatched meat shopping experience.
With a 94% retention rate of our repeat customers and a database of 6.5 Lakh plus customers, Fipola is positive that its quality services will render fruitful outcomes through future expansion plans. It is noticed that 50% of customers order online whereas the other 50% use the retail stores for their meat shopping. This has motivated our hybrid expansion plans. During the expansion, Fipola retail India will also be increasing its staff strength from 810 to 1050.
Fipola follows a 'farm to fork' model under which stock is procured directly from farmers. Numerous checks are employed right from sourcing the meat to pre-cleaning, processing and maintaining the freshness of the product. Our in-house certified laboratory guarantees chemical and pesticide-free products. The quality of the meat and seafood conforms to ISO, HACCP and FSSAI certification.
